“
I've been with StarTex for over two years. Their
prices are very competitive, and automatic draft
isn't required. Customer service is friendly,
competent and quick. ”
“ The benefits of choice are clear when you work with StarTex Power. I didn't realize how good I had it until I moved away. But from start to finish, and at every point in between, StarTex went above and beyond to deliver competitive prices and excellent customer service. I was most impressed when a VP picked up to answer a billing question. You just don't find that service elsewhere. I miss having the option to choose a power company. But if I ever make it back to Texas, StarTex is the choice for me! ”
“ StarTex customer service is the best, they are always friendly and I have the option to talk to a friendly representative instead of an automated system. They truly know what customer service is, they are the BEST ! I also like the rates they charge! ”
“ First company I switched to who was honest with their rate. They didn't add any unexpected charges like the other 2 companies I used. I will stay with them forever unless they do the same thing to me in the future but I don't expect that to happen. Also, it's great to do business with a company here in Texas. ”
“ I've only had one problem early on with an automatic payment, otherwise StarTex is outstanding in its competition, pricing, and customer service. We are very impressed and are loyal customers!! ”
“ the orpcing is straight forward. No interuptions in service. Good rates. ”
“ ABSOLUTELY NO PROBLEM AT ALL. ”
“ Constellation representative was very helpful in answering my questions and I recommend Constellation. ”
“ My hot water heater was leaking and 21 yrs old. Mary Ellen was very helpful with financial info. Kyle Baxley and Jared Dotson came the same day and in no time a new unit was professionally installed with no mess and the old unit was removed. They were careful to cover their shoes and cleaned up anything they used. I sincerely appreciate the efforts of all involved to get my new hot water heater installed the same day I called. ”
“ So far, things are great. The only things I found mildly annoying were: 1) The letter they sent advertised a lower rate, but "my area" was not eligible. 2) The website is not easy to navigate. Otherwise, I'm quite happy. ”
“ I was looking for a lower rate and Constellation offered it. I signed up easily online. ”
“ Was easy to switch over to constillation and a good price for 3 yrs. ”
“ Much lower rates than we were paying. Easy to switch ”
“ When I had questions and when I told them I was considering changing my plan, everyone was still super nice and friendly. ”
“ My first experience with your company has been positive. Id like to renew ”
“ Good ”
“ Pricing for this electric company have been reasonable. During the winter storm NO price gouging, as a matter of fact my bill was lower than the previous month. Guess the truth will be in my next months bill. I will give an update. ”
“
No complaints about Constellation. When I initially signed up, it was easy to set up autopay, and later update payment info as needed.
I am, however, switching to another gas marketer for a better therm rate than the renewal rate that was on offer. That's simply the way things are these days--you have to shop around every time one's contract is up for renewal.
One minor nit-pick. The boilerplate email I received from Constellation when I switched marketers said, "there may be an early termination fee of $150...." Well no, I was terminating at the end of the contract, and there was no fee.
My suggestion to Constellation is to break out the boilerplate into two types: one for early terminators, and one for end-of-contract terminations, so that there's no confusion on the customer's part about whether or not a fee is forthcoming. ”
“ Good service and notified me at the end of my contract ”
“ The renewal letter notice should have contained the new options so we have ample time to make the best decision. ”
