“ I was moving into a new home, scheduled my power to start, and a week into my new home, power off. Friday, 4:58PM. I call immediately, they tell me they have no record of my account or name, and there is nothing they can do until tomorrow, I'm given fake numbers to call back, fake operator names, and no power for 4 days. The kicker is, the only reason my power came on, is because I gave up on Startex and switched to stream, who had my power on in less than 5 minutes after account creation. ”
“ They will drop you as a customer, after signing a contract, without even telling you. THANKFULLY, I needed a copy of a bill for a new resident form so I was locating my account information to set up an online account and I just happened to find out Im not longer a customer. I should have gotten an email is inaccurate, and had I not called, I wouldve have been late on my new company (who they shared my info with unknowingly) first bill which was due the next day. Over all, dont go with them. Sure the rates look better, but customer service is absolutely horrible and they dont care about respecting their customers. 0 reason to discontinue our new contract one month into owning our new home. ”
“ I have been with this company for almost six years and I regret it all the time. Of course Im locked into a contract so I cant change right now. They have turned off my gas due to a mistake on their part but instead of apologizing and getting my gas back on today, they will get it on tomorrow. I explained that I have a medical condition and that it is supposed to get down to 34 degrees tonight but nope, tomorrow. We are moving soon and I will NEVER use this company again! ”

When you need you reach a specific department they transfer you and then it goes to voicemail. Its a joke. ”

“ About 10 years ago we had 2 heat pump systems replaced by then BGE. They did a great job. We took out a service contract that we cancelled in 2019 that we cancelled in 2020. We recently scheduled a service appointment with now Constellation Homes. I took off work on this day but they never showed. I called to inquire I was told that they will NOT be coming out as I was in 'collections'. Every time I tried to contact their billing department, I was "disconnected" or could not get anyone to respond. It took a complaint to the BBB to get them to contact us. Turns out that there were NO collections and they were trying to recoup money from my cancelled contract. They now offered to come out but I declined. They are dishonest in their billing, lack any customer service and they cost me an entire day of lost wages. And my heat pumps still have not been serviced. ”

“ They don't accept electronic payments, claim checks were not received as soon as you cancel the check and pay the bill they run the held check through to charge a NSF, its a game of greed don't play. Its obvious their bill payment process is incompetent. ”
“ Signed 1 year contract via gassavings.com with Constallation in April 2023, but they signed me with ganatural gas for May 2023, then cancelled, fined me -100 bucks, then switch to Constellation. Did not received even 1st bill from this natural gas provider, but looks like a nice provider. ”

“ Tried to switch from Eversource. Was contacted multiple times from constellation with issues. Last was a block they said Eversource had and I need to call Eversource to remove. Then reply to the email so constellation can resubmit. Called Eversource, blocks removed, replied to constellation email to resubmit. Another month later no confirmation from constellation. Called them and they had no record of me. I gave them account numbers, issue tickets, emails. Now they say they have to start over. Ya know what I feel like paying more with Eversource that deal with this awful company. Just a nightmare. Then constellation sends an email to review my experience with switching.....I NEVER GOT SWITCHED! Lame! ”
“ I'VE experience two bills that is way to high. i don't run anything in my apartment. I manage my bills and i do not run central air\heat to prevent a high bill. i use a lil electric heater in my room and sometime ceiling fan when i get hot but it shouldn't have ran my bill up to be extremely this high. at my other apartment my bill stayed under $100 because i manage it. my last month bill was also high $169 ,and they told me because i didn't use 1000kw which i sign up for so they charged me 27 per kw instead which is not my contract or what i signed up for.my feb./march bill just came out and its $236. i will recommend no one to this light company ITS A RIP OFF. ”

This is the worst experience that I have ever gotten! And I dont know if this review is going to make any difference but I set up service, they pulled my credit, assigned me a date and told me I could call for earlier date, when I called they changed the date and lied about it! What a shame. I now regret why I even called. There reps are rude and very inconsiderate ”
